Laundromat
What are your hours?
Our laundromat is open from 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Last wash is at 8:30 p.m. Doors lock at 9:30 p.m.
Are you attended?
We are attended from 5:00 pm to closing everyday. Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday we have additional attendants from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
We are a card laundromat. You can purchase or load your laundry card at one of the kiosks at our location.
Do you have large machines?
We have 60 and 80 pound machines that can do multiple loads or large items like comforters.
Do you have parking?
Yes, have an abundance of parking available.
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
Our pick up/drop off hours are 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. daily.
What kind of detergent do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use a high-grade commercial detergent. For a small fee you can upgrade to Tide or Gain.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a $25 minimum for all drop off laundry orders.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No. We always wash our clients laundry by themselves. Mixing laundry is unsanitary and can lead to lost / mixed up laundry.
When will I get my clothes back?
Your clothes will be ready for pick up in 48 hours.

When do you pickup and deliver?
We pick up and deliver laundry on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 am - 11:00 am and 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
What is the turnaround time?
Your clothes will be returned in 48 hours.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a $35 minimum order for pick up and delivery orders.
Do I need to be home to use this service?
No you don't. When you place your order, just note in the driver's notes where you will be leaving your laundry.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Yes. If you have any special instructions, you can note them under Special Preferences when you place your order.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
There are no contracts. You can cancel service at any time.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry has been weighed and is finished.
What do I put my laundry in?
We recommend a laundry bag or a trash bag that can be cinched closed.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes. Just log into your account and place your service on hold until you return from your vacation.
